But she never gave up and eventually shed 119 pounds, bringing her down to 478 lbs. She has also kept in touch with the fans online. Many of her photos today indicate that she was able to maintain a healthy lifestyle eight years after her episode. In March, Dr. Now’s former patient stunned fans with her full-body photo.

“Stunning on inside and stunning on the outside, you are such an inspiration,” one fan commented.

Chay Continues To Pursue Physical Goals
