Shekinah left her daughter in America as she is in a boarding school. More so, Shekinah claimed that she would be traveling home from Turkey every five weeks. That was how often her daughter got a break from school. Then, the 90 Day Fiance star was asked by her partner, Sarper if she would want to have more kids. He had an older son but never met him. She said no and that she already raised her child so that was not a life she wanted at this point in time. This could be a dealbreaker for Sarper but Shekinah’s mind is made up and she won’t back down.
However, it appears she is not the amazing mom she claims to be. A Reddit thread was started based on messages from a family member of Shekinah’s daughter. This person claimed to be the cousin of her daughter and said that Shekinah used to be a waitress. That was where she met this person’s uncle but only hooked up with him because he had money. They went on to add that she is not just a “gold digger” but also a terrible mother. The uncle has been raising the daughter solo with some help from family members.
Of course, the person involved in this text was not surprised but what about other 90 Day Fiance Redditors? Seemingly, not many were all that surprised.

Redditors also had seen Shekinah’s baby daddy on the season premiere of 90 Day Fiance. He was a much older man and it was clear to them that she was in it for money, not love. They were also not shocked at how she and her ex-husband met. More so, it was agreed that Shekinah should not have any more children. However, there were a few fans who felt that just because she was not around did not make her a bad mother. Maybe they will talk about her choice to leave her daughter behind at the tell-all.
