Kody Brown Gives Janelle & Christine’s Kids An Ultimatum
Kody Brown of TLC’s Sister Wives shocked everyone on a recent episode. The patriarch of the massive family tree presented the children he fathered with Janelle and Christine with an ultimatum.
Unfortunately, it appears as if his children won’t have much of a future relationship with him during their adulthood if they aren’t willing to comply.

Kody Brown Gives Janelle & Christine’s Kids An Ultimatum
Kody Brown of TLC’s Sister Wives wants his children to know that his wife Robyn is the most important thing in his world. Furthermore, his adult children can either accept that way of thinking or they can remove themselves from the picture entirely.
As fans know, everyone recently came together for Mykelti Padron’s gender reveal for the twins. Kody and Robyn Brown were together in one frame. Janelle Brown addressed the fact that they were there as a couple. She said they were definitely a couple and she had no issues with them showing up as a couple to family functions.
Some fans thought this gender reveal was the start of better things for the family. Unfortunately, the episode that aired this weekend suggested otherwise.
Sadly, Kody Brown refuses to let the children he fathered with Janelle and Christine write Robyn off. In fact, he insists that if they want him in their lives they must understand that he and Robyn are a package deal.
“You’re not going to separate us. They want their dad, but they don’t want Robyn. That’s not going to work. Robyn and I are going to be like this. We’re going to work this out. And that’s just the relationship we’re going to be in.”
Christine And Janelle Brown Shrug It Off
Christine Brown has very openly stated that the adult children in their family are going to have a relationship with whoever they choose to have a relationship with.
Likewise, Janelle won’t stand in the way of Kody and her children. She, however, would never pick Kody OVER her children. For this reason, fans can only assume Janelle likely isn’t too happy that Kody is making his children accept Robyn if they want any type of relationship with him moving forward.

OMG what is wrong with this whole family they say you don’t have to like your family but should love them learn to accept Robyn like I said you don’t have to like her you don’t even have to love her but you could be cordial if something should happen to Kody how would you feel? Think about this
If Kody had been good to their Mother but things hadn’t worked out? Okay work it out and accept her even if you don’t like her.
However, Robyn blew the family apart. Robyn hurt everyone

What makes this man think his adult children even “want their dad”? They clearly don’t want a relationship with Robyn but what makes Kody think his adult children want a relationship with him. If 12 of 13 of his kids are not Robyn fans and the only way to have a relationship with Kody is to accept or just have a tolerance for Robyn, what makes him think it is worth it to them to have a relationship with him? Robyn is the reason the family is splintered and broken and the reason Kody had 3 wives leave the family. Doesn’t say much for Robyn, does it?
It is the parent’s job to raise children to be prepared to be independent in the outside world. The parent job is not to be their pal or buddy and it is a thankless job. Any mother will protect their child and if forced to choose will protect their child no matter how old they are. It is hard for me to understand why Kody abandoned the older ones and that is way before this go around about accepting Robin. If Kody would have shown any fatherly interest in all those older kids, they would have stepped up and made some effort to accept Robin. William & Harry had to learn to accept their step mother . This is not new. What is different here is that Kody only focused on the younger kids and totally ignored the others. At least that is what we have been led to believe. No matter how old they get, they still want their parent’s approval and love and that has been missing. Kody decided to have all those kids, it is his job to be the grown up and parent pretty much forever. Kody needs to stop licking his wounds and acting like he is put out and abused. He is the father and therefore, it is not about him but about them. Perhaps this is all for the TLC contract and then who knows what the real story is. They have never really said that the reason for having more wives was to help grow the congregation and further the cause. It was probably taught that it was someone’s vision but it was to populate. I notice that so far all those children have indicated that they will not pursue that style of multiple marriage partners.
