Bianca quickly made adjustments to her lifestyle after receiving Dr. Now’s diet programs. She and her family even relocated to Texas to get closer to the bariatric surgeon. The My 600-lb Life alum was able to shed enough weight to qualify for another gastric sleeve operation. She dropped 156 lbs by the end of her episode, bringing her down to 448 pounds.
Many of her photos today also indicate that she was able to maintain a healthy weight over the years. In January, Bianca shared a stunning photo of herself. She also impressed many with her picture in March.

Bianca and Romonte were both struggling with their weight when they appeared in the show. However, the two had an argument during the show, which led to their split. But in January 2022, the My 600-lb Life alum revealed that they got back together. Many are also glad that they reconciled. The two have yet to tie the knot. Though it seems they’re prioritizing their health first before taking on the next chapter of their lives. Hayes also had a daughter with Romonte and a son from a previous relationship.
Romonte and Bianca Hayes met in an online weight loss group. But only Romonte was able to maintain his weight without seeking Dr. Now’s help. Regardless, he has been a supportive partner, which helped the mother of two with her own battle.
