Teddi Mellencamp Caused Drama Between Vicki & Tamra
RHOBH alum Teddi Mellencamp managed to stir up some drama between good friends Vicki Gunvalson and Tamra Judge. Vicki has been open about the fact that she and Teddi do not get along. Yet, Teddi and Vicki’s bestie, Tamra co-host a podcast together and love one another. So, how did Teddi come in between the two RHOC fan favorites? Read on for more details.
Teddi Mellencamp Caused Drama Between Vicki & Tamra
Things have gotten messy between Teddi Mellencamp and Vicki Gunvalson. They have not been on good terms for some time and it was noted when the Tres Amigas were on WWHL. Though Shannon Beador said she was fine with the former housewife, Gunvalson could not say the same. Recently, they were all at BravoCon in Las Vegas. That was when Vicki was called to participate in the classic Bravo game of “Squash That Beef.” Essentially, two Bravolebs names come up on a screen and they have to come together to hash out whatever issues they have with each other.
Though Teddi was just there as a guest, doing her Two Ts In A Pod podcast with Tamra, she was called to squash drama with Vicki. According to People, the crux of the issue came up when the two ladies came face to face. “We can go way back — I’m gonna go berserk on it — one of the things you said was, ‘Where was I on Jan. 6?” Vicki shared. She then claimed she was in Mexico when that all happened and wondered why Teddi would even ask that.
Teddi Mellencamp responded with this: “Here’s the thing, Vick. I tried to give you a little bit of grace. I originally thought that maybe you just had issues between me and Tamra being such close friends. Then I realized, you were probably just triggered by somebody that actually has cancer.” Teddi was diagnosed with skin cancer while Vicki dated Brooks Ayers, who faked cancer. Now, before all of this went down, Tamra made it clear that Vicki had gone for Teddi first. Therefore, it made sense she would come for Gunvalson.
Tamra Defends Teddi
When Vicki Gunvalson’s issues with Teddi Mellencamp had been brought up pre-BravoCon, Tamra Judge made it make sense. Vicki has maintained that she is always cordial to Mellencamp and even her husband, Edwin Arroyave. Yet, in regards to Teddi’s comment about January 6th, that was too much for the OG of the OC. However, Tamra had to stand with Teddi on this one. That was when she noted how Vicki started this back and forth. In Vicki’s mind, she believed Tamra would always be loyal to Teddu but Tamra contended she was just speaking the truth.
In the end, after their failed BravoCon game and Teddi’s dig about cancer, Vicki was done for good with her. Guess there will be no resolution but Tamra seems to want to stay loyal to both sides.
