By the end of her episode, the My 600-lb Life alum had lost 126 pounds, bringing her down to 468 lbs. However, it was reported that she lost over 250 pounds after the show. Dr. Now also told her that it was her last shot to turn her life around, making her a lot more determined. She has yet to share her current weight. Though she has made it clear that she will continue to chase her goals.

Tammy kept in touch with the fans on social media. Earlier this month, she shared a stunning photo of herself looking a lot healthier. The former My 600-lb Life star has also been able to do more activities with her family due to her successful weight loss. However, it’s clear that she still had pounds to shed. Regardless, Tammy Patton is now more mindful of her diet. She also likes to spread positivity despite all the heartbreaks she’s been going through. In October, she celebrated the birthday of her late husband by sharing a sweet tribute message for him.

Aside from losing weight, Tammy has also thrived in her career. According to her FB bio, she presently works as a Customer Care Representative at the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association. The My 600-lb Life alum also has a TikTok account where she shares happy clips with her family. She has yet to get a return episode like the other past patients of Dr. Now. But it seems she wants to keep her journey discreet at this point. Regardless, the positivity she brings online shows that she was able to overcome the struggles she was going through when she first appeared in Season 9.
