Special Forces Returns After Hiatus
Special Forces: The World’s Toughest Test finally returns tonight with a new episode. The reality show didn’t air for the last two weeks due to baseball playoffs.
Season 2 of Special ForcesĀ puts 14 celebrities to the test with real-life military challenges. There’s no elimination: contestants are in it until they quit or are removed by the staff sergeants. Just 7 of the initial celebrities are still in the competition.
- The Osbournes star Jack Osbourne
- Olympic skier Bode Miller
- Dance Moms alum JoJo Siwa
- Vanderpump Rules star Tom Sandoval
- The Bachelor‘s Nick Viall
- The Bachelorette‘s Tyler Cameron
- Olympic skater Erin Jackson
Among the contestants who voluntarily left the show are Chrisley Knows Best star Savannah Chrisley and Beverly Hills 90210 alum Brian Austin Green.
Entertainment Weekly reports that Special Forces should air weekly episodes uninterrupted until the season finale airing on November 27.

Special Forces tests the celebrities’ physical and mental toughness. Embattled adulterer Tom Sandoval has broken down several times already this season.
And now it seems it’s Nick Viall’s turn. PEOPLE magazine shared an exclusive clip of tonight’s episode. In the sneak peek, Viall shares why he joined the tough competition.
The former Bachelor is currently engaged and awaiting his first child with his fiance Natalie Joy. It’s impending fatherhood that spurred him into joining Special Forces.
“There’s nothing about what I’m doing now that suggests I’m going to do well in this kind of environment. But I recently found out that I’m going to be a dad, which is incredible,” Viall says in the preview.
He continued, “I want to know if it has what it takes to rise to the occasion and I think this experience will shape me and help toughen me up.”
Baby Makes Three
Nick Viall and Natalie Joy have been dating for two years, though they were first linked in 2020. The Bachelor Nation alum popped the question in January 2023. However, their wedding is on hold at the moment.
In August, the couple announced that Joy was pregnant. A month later, they revealed that they would be having a girl. However, they have yet to reveal a due date for their impending bundle of joy.
