‘Sister Wives’ Kody Brown Finally Paying Off Coyote Pass?
Sister Wives star Kody Brown is finally mentioning his plans to build on Coyote Pass. The Brown family has been through a lot since moving to Flagstaff. Christine has left the patriarch while his relationship with Janelle and Meri remains up in the air. In the latest episode, the 54-year-old husband finally discussed his plans for his long-time dream. Keep reading to learn more about the project.
Sister Wives: Kody Brown’s Plans To Build For The Family
Building on the Coyote Pass land has been one of Kody’s biggest goals since they moved to Flagstaff. The Sister Wives star even made a presentation for the whole family regarding his plans to build a massive house, which was later changed into four separate lots. Unfortunately, things didn’t turn out as he’d expected. The Covid-19 pandemic hit, limiting his visitations. It also led to his troubles with the wives as they began to feel his absence. However, it seems that there’s still someone hoping for the project to proceed.
Kody Acknowledges Coyote Pass
During the October 29 episode of Sister Wives, Kody mentioned that Janelle keeps pestering him about Coyote Pass. According to the Wyoming native, he was told by his former second wife that the property would slip away if they didn’t take any action sooner. The Brown family purchased the land in 2018 for $820k. However, they couldn’t start building until the land was paid in full. Aside from the project, Kody Brown is going through a lot of issues with the other wives, making it harder for him to launch the plan.
Sister Wives: Kody & Janelle Brown Pay Off Coyote Pass
There has been some progress on the property behind the cameras. According to reports, Kody and Janelle paid off two parcels of Coyote Pass for $340K. It seems that they were able to reach agreements regarding the land amid their split. It’s unclear if it’s going to be featured in Season 18. Records also show that in June Kody, Janelle and Robyn’s Parcels were paid in full. which allows them to finally build.
Janelle Brown has also used the land to park her RV. Christine sold her part back to Kody for $10. Meanwhile, Meri still owns part of the property. But with their estrangement from each other, it seems that building and living close to each other is far from reality. There are also reports that Kody and Robyn are unwilling to put up anything on Coyote Pass, which may be due to the conflicts they had with the other families.
