What Is Hallmark’s Holiday Hotline About?
Hallmark’s latest Christmas movie is the romcom Holiday Hotline, starring Emily Tennant and Niall Matter. Here is what this movie is about. According to the synopsis, Abby Mitchell has temporarily left London to go to Chicago. She is on a career reset. Emily has always loved cooking, and she loves to help others. Therefore, she jumped at a chance to take a temp job with Holiday Hotline.
Holiday Hotline is a telephone service that helps cooks who are preparing their Thanksgiving or Christmas meals. There is so much pressure on the cook to create the perfect meal for the perfect holiday. The hotline agent answers questions and guides the cook to create a successful holiday meal.
However, Abby runs into a problem when she starts working for the hotline. But, it is not food-related. Instead, some of the callers do not “connect” with her British accent. Therefore, she decides to use an American accent and calls herself Peggy. Now, she is ready to handle any question thrown at her.

Her first caller is John, who desperately needs her help. A widower, he is tackling this big holiday meal for himself and his young daughter. He wants this meal to bring her some holiday joy. Can Peggy help him?
“Shortly after, Abby meets Jack–aka John–in the real world. Neither recognizes the other, so she sees no issue with starting to see him more often. As John continues calling the hotline Peggy helps him and they develop a connection over the phone. At the same time, Abby becomes drawn into Jack’s family and starts feeling guilty because Peggy is also making a connection with a stranger, leading her to feel like she’s dating two people.”
Needless to say, the truth eventually comes out? What happens when she figures it out. Worse yet, what happens when he finds out the truth?

When Is The Premiere Of Holiday Hotline?
The premiere of Holiday Hotline is on Sunday, November 19, at 8 p.m. Eastern, on the Hallmark Channel. In addition, this movie will be available the next day on Peacock and will be available to stream up to 72 hours after the premiere.
