It seems like just yesterday – or September 28th – that the first-ever season of The Golden Bachelor premiered with 22 women competing for widower Gerry Turner’s heart.
Almost a month later, the season is moving at a rapid pace. Just three women remain as we head into hometown dates.
Sandra, Ellen, and Susan were the casualties at the latest rose ceremony. Theresa, Leslie, and Faith continue on for another chance at the Final Golden Rose.
Golden Bachelor Contestants Are Celebrity Lookalikes
Before the season premiered, there was a lot of chatter about Patty James. The 70-year-old was the only contestant with connections to Bachelor Nation. She’s the mother of Matt James, Season 25’s Bachelor.
However, she didn’t make it past night one, and fans turned their attention to two other contestants who looked like famous celebrities.
Golden Bachelor contestant Susan is a dead ringer for Kardashian family matriarch Kris Jenner. Meanwhile, Kathy bears a striking resemblance to Caitlyn Jenner, who used to be married to Kris Jenner before transitioning.

Fans Do A Double-Take On Gerry Turner’s Latest IG Post
Susan is well aware that she looks like Kris Jenner. But can fans tell them apart? Not if you read the comments on Gerry Turner’s latest Instagram post.
The retired restaurateur shared a photo with the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star. Taken in what looks like a kitchen, Turner has his arm around the famed momager.
“I met Kris!” he wrote before promoting both The Golden Bachelor and Hulu’s reality show The Kardashians, which features Kris Jenner and her brood.
Keeping Up With The Kardashians aired for 20 seasons on the E! network. The show moved to Hulu under a new name. Now on its fourth season, new episodes of The Kardashians hit streaming on Thursdays, the same day Golden Bachelor airs on ABC.
Both Hulu and ABC are part of Disney, so it makes sense they would enlist Jenner and Turner in a cross-promotion.

The comment section of Gerry Turner‘s IG post is filled with references to Golden Bachelor contestant Susan.
Several comments jokingly corrected Turner, “Um gerry, that’s susan from your season.” Another jokester wrote, “I’m sorry but that’s a picture of you and Susan.”
“Love this pic of you and Susan,” one fan teased.
The majority of comments were in on the joke, but some people were against Gerry Turner mingling with the Kardashian family.
“Don’t go down the Kardashian dark hole ! Please stay real,” one Bachelor Nation fan begged.
Another wrote, “Gerry no dating Kardashians please!”
Kris Jenner has been dating talent manager Corey Gamble since 2014, so it seems Gerry Turner’s final rose is safe from her.
