Cheyenne Floyd Makes Change On Home Deed, Leaves Out Zach

Cheyenne Floyd of Teen Mom just made a big change to her home deed, but she still left her husband Zach Davis out of it. This is a bit odd, but there could be a reason for it. The Sun shared the details about her change and what is going on.

Cheyenne Floyd’s House

Cheyenne bought a $1,988,519 in Northridge, California. This fancy house was just in her name under the name Cheyenne Floyd. This was her name before she got married to Zach. She lives in the home with Zach and her kids. Now she has changed the deed, but it wasn’t to add Zach’s name to it. Instead, it was simply to change it to her married name.

She actually filed an Interspousal Transfer Grant Deed. This is just to change her name on the deed and she didn’t add Zach’s name, which is kind of surprising now that they are married. A lot of people add their spouse’s name once they tie the knot. She simply just changed her name on the deed to Krystin Cheyenne Davis. She is still going by Floyd on social media, though.

Speculation Of Reason Behind Not Adding Zach

You can assume that Cheyenne Floyd doesn’t think her marriage is going to fail. If she thought her marriage wouldn’t work, she might not want to add Zach to the house. There is probably another reason for it. This reason could be his legal issues. Zach hasn’t always been on the right side of the law. Instead, he has gotten into a bit of trouble now and then.

Zach has been in trouble for theft, identity theft and DUI. Lately, he has been staying out of trouble so hopefully he is going to be taking care of himself and not getting arrested anymore. Maybe Cheyenne will eventually decide to add him to the house deed, but for now, she is the only one on it.
