Tom Sandoval Admits Shame Over Tarnishing Family Name
Tom Sandoval joined less controversial cast members on Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test and he opened up about his motivation. It’s a hard show and those who go in feeling vulnerable probably feel it the most. Certainly, everyone in the cast of Season 2 on Fox knew about Scandoval from Vanderpump Rules.
Tom Sandoval Regrets Cheating On Ariana Madix
After his affair with Rachel Leviss formally known as Raquel, the Pump Rules star faced a hectic amount of criticism. If you don’t know, he cheated on his long-term girl, Ariana with Rachel Leviss. Overnight, he probably became the most unpopular reality TV star ever. While Ariana went on and joined the cast of Dancing with the Stars, her ex went off to do a season on Special Forces. So, when Bravo fans heard that he got bloodied on the Fox show, they cheered.
Plenty of people loved it because, on Special Forces, the Vanderpump Rules star’s hot affairs were broadcast across the world. Viewers and cast members watched as Tom Sandoval was brutally mocked by one of the military instructors. Actually, it came after the affair’s expose and he’d already considered taking his own life. Fortunately, he didn’t do that during the Toughest Test in New Zealand.
Tyler Cameron says his ‘Special Forces’ co-star, Tom Sandoval ‘opened up’ about Rachel & ‘Scandoval.’ Tyler confirms that Tom got ‘beaten up,’ & said ‘he definitely put himself through punishment & the [directing staff] didn’t take it light on him at all. They went after him.’ pic.twitter.com/ZZoTXyHh4K

Tom Sandoval Explains His Motivation For Special Forces
Entertainment Tonight carried a preview for the next episode. In it, the cast was required to get into “icy water.” The whole purpose was to stay submerged in the freezing conditions to learn about maintaining composure. After all, packing in life-threatening situations is the worst thing anyone can do. However, Ariana’s ex really struggled with it, claiming that he could hardly breathe.
Tom Sandoval opened up in front of the entire cast about why he decided Special Forces should follow his Pump Rules behavior. Actually, it couldn’t be easy. Bear in mind, that Savannah Chrisley also took part in the season. In fact, she already mocked him and described him as “A Ho!” However, most of the people there had some insecurities, and not everyone sneered when he revealed his motivation.
Saving The Family Honor
ET noted that Tom Sandoval said, “One of the big reasons why I’m here is I let down my family and other people whose last name is Sandoval.” It seems that the reality TV star feels terrible. After all, he “tarnished the [family] name.” So, he added, “I want to bring some honor back to that name.”
Will Bravo fans ease up on him now? He started his new podcast, Everybody Loves Tom, and he has been candid about his behavior. Is it time to acknowledge that he made a serious mistake, but he paid the price for it on Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test?
