Seemingly, Ryan Seacrest is eager to take on even more areas of show business. Recently, he was on Good Morning America discussing his long-time American Idol job as well as his upcoming role on Wheel of Fortune. While there, it came up that he has another venture he is considering. Versatile as ever, Ryan Seacrest is talking more about what his future career looks like.

What can’t Ryan Seacrest do? Known for his long-time position with American Idol, Ryan has also hosted many other TV shows, radio, and events along the way. Specifically, he was a co-host with Kelly Ripa on the popular Live With Kelly And Ryan until earlier this year. Kelly Ripa recently dropped the news of his “replacement” show, when she told the Live audience about him accepting a new job. While Mark Consuelos has stepped in at Live, Ryan Seacrest is preceding the infamous Pat Sajack as the Wheel Of Fortune host after his retirement.

What Is Ryan Seacrest’s Perfect Job?
Replacing Pat Sajack as the next host of Wheel Of Fortune isn’t the only thing Ryan Seacrest is excited about. When Robin Roberts asked him about his love of food the conversation took off. Recently food has been incorporated into his job at American Idol. Explaining, she said, “Going back to American Idol for a moment, I hear the contestants’ families, they started giving you food. And you’re a foodie.” Admittedly, this isn’t random. Furthermore, it’s been happening often because everyone discovered he is a “massive foodie.”
Naturally, then, it isn’t surprising Ryan Seacrest says it’s a hobby of his that he wants to build into a career next. Candidly, he said, “That’s the one show I have not done yet, which is a food show.” Also stating, “Which I’d love to do someday.” Robin spits back comically, “Come on, would you leave something for the rest of us?!” Seacrest laughed, joking, “What? What are you talking about? There are seven days a week. I mean, Sundays are slow for me.”
History Of The Foodie
Openly, Ryan Seacrest discussed the start of his foodie affair. He told Robin Roberts, “So, the contestants started bringing, like, meatballs from a restaurant that they love.” Telling more about the journey, “They started bringing desserts and things like that.” Seemingly loving the perks Seacrest said, “So, I was fully taken care of with refreshments before the auditions outside.”
Linsey Davis, who was filling in for Michael Strahan, called out to the audience while pointing at Seacrest, “And anybody who’s looking for a food show host.” Joining in the fun, Ryan Seacrest insisted, “There’s gotta be somebody in the building here!”
Fans Want To See Foodie Ryan Seacrest Debut
Certainly, fans are on board. Markedly, they are begging for Ryan Seacrest to have a cooking show. They are waiting since he often shows off his cooking skills on Instagram. Not to mention all the great recipes he showcased on Live With Kelly And Ryan. Notably, since leaving the talk show, Ryan Seacrest has upped his kitchen content on social media. For instance, he recently shared photos and videos of him cooking sea bass.
