Bettie Jo was a part of My 600lb Life Season 3. Upon starting her weight loss journey, she weighed in at 654 pounds. With the help of Dr. Now, she changed her diet, became more active, and underwent gastric bypass surgery. She ended up losing 200 pounds.
In addition to smashing her health goals, she was able to turn around her relationship issues with her boyfriend, Josh Elmore. Now, they have been married for 10 years and have expanded their family.

On her Instagram page this week, Bettie Jo dropped a huge announcement on fans, revealing that her family is growing! She kept her post simple and included a couple of sonogram snaps of the little one on the way. This is her third baby.
In her post, she unfortunately didn’t share any details about the due date or how she is feeling. Hopefully, she will share more very soon.

In a comment, a fan asked for an update about Bettie Jo’s other children. She said, “I have 7 year old which is one used on episode and a 1 year old and now pregnant.” Her seven-year-old son is named Preston and her one-year-old is Ollie.
