Tiffany Espensen Bates reveals she’s lost a loved one.
On her Instagram Stories on Thursday night, Tiffany revealed to fans that she’s lost “Winifred, aka my ‘adopted’ Grandma Garlow.” Though Tiffany only joined the Bates family in 2022 and fans don’t know much about her family, her followers are heartbroken by this news, of course.
Lawson Bates’ wife pays tribute amid this heartbreaking loss.
On her Instagram Stories late on Thursday night, Tiffany shared a tribute to Winifred, as well as a couple of photos. One snap is of Lawson, Tiffany, and Winifred together. Then, another picture features Winifred and Tiffany in the car wearing matching pink outfits.
In her tribute, Lawson Bates’ wife Tiffany wrote that Winifred was the “epitome of a Godly woman.” She passed away at the age of 102.
Tiffany continued, “I know without a shadow of doubt the Lord welcomed you into heaven saying ‘Well done, good and faithful servant!'”
She concluded, “You’ll be missed on this side, but looking forward to seeing you soon.”
Because Tiffany posted this to her Instagram Stories, fans don’t have the option to publicly reply and share their condolences. However, they can reply directly to Tiffany and send their love her way. So, she is likely receiving many kind, encouraging messages amid this tragic death. Bringing Up Bates fans are often eager to pray for and support the family in times of need.
