Will Kyle Richards Be In ‘DWTS’ Audience To Support Hubby?
Will RHOBH star Kyle Richards watch her husband Mauricio Umansky as he competes for the Mirrorball Trophy? That’s what many fans are asking now that the official DWTS Season 32 cast list is officially out.
Good Morning America unveiled the full cast this morning, revealing major names like singer Jason Mraz and The Brady Bunch icon Barry Williams. Mauricio Umansky appeared alongside them and expressed his excitement to be part of the show.
Many contestants have their family members show up to watch them compete. However, Kyle and Mauricio are going through a bit of a rough patch in their marriage. So will she show up to lend her support?
Mauricio Umansky is excited about DWTS, but does Kyle Richards support him?
Before the official cast list even came out, one eagle-eyed fan spotted someone matching Mauricio Umansky’s physical description heading into the rehearsal studio. From there, rumors started flying that he had indeed joined the cast. Those suspicions were confirmed this morning on GMA.
Mauricio will compete with DWTS pro Emma Slater in hopes of bringing home the Mirrorball Trophy.
According to Mauricio, it seems like Kyle Richards will make an appearance in the audience. Things may be a little complicated right now, but it seems that the pair are amicable at the moment.
“They were so excited,” the Bravo star said on GMA this morning about his family members. “My girls, my wife, everybody is gonna be there [to see me dance]. And we’re gonna have a ton of fun.”
On her Instagram story, Kyle Richards posted support for her husband. However, PEOPLE also noted that Kyle is also in Paris with Morgan Wade at the moment, with whom Kyle allegedly had a fling at one point.
If there is drama going on here, the family seems determined to keep it all under wraps. Kyle seems intent on supporting Mauricio during the competition.
Could the couple patch things up?
Although Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky have been separated, this could indicate a positive step for their marriage. Back in July, the couple issued a statement about the state of their marriage and addressed ongoing rumors.
“In regards to the news that came out about us today… Any claims regarding divorcing are untrue. However, yes, we have had a rough year. The most challenging one of our marriage,” the pair stated on Instagram. “But we both love and respect each other tremendously. There has been no wrongdoing on anyone’s part. Although we are in the public eye, we ask to be able to work through our issues privately. While it may be entertaining to speculate, please do not create false stories to fit a further salacious narrative.”
