‘Temptation Island’ Fans Say Hall Has ‘Ulterior Motives’
Temptation Island fans say that Hall Toledano has ‘ulterior motives’ for being on the show. Of course, this is a show where couples go to an island with a handful of singles waiting for them. They will then test their struggling romances to see if they can come out stronger. Yet, there is something about Hall that has fans put off and questioning who he is in general. Temptation Island Fans Say Hall Has ‘Ulterior Motives’
Hall Toledano entered Temptation Island with his fiancee, Kaitlin Tufts. They had been together for eight years but were on totally different pages for what they wanted out of life. Hall was ready for a family and to set a wedding date whereas Kaitlin was not in that headspace. On the island, he met Makayla Halstead who was younger but dreamy and wanted all that he did. They connected and he quickly saw that his engagement to Kaitlin was no longer feasible. He let her know that it was over which broke her down but she went on and connected with Sebastian.
Fans felt that Hall had led Kaitlin on. However, he and Makayla believed that they were soul mates and would have love after Temptation Island. Unfortunately, a Reddit thread was started and it doesn’t speak too kindly of Hall. The OP cannot stand how all of the singles have found their soulmates but is especially irked by Makyla and Hall. They have a hard time with them acting as if they have a decade-long romance when it hasn’t been long at all. “He has alterior motives. Every single thing he does and says is overblown and full on stage 5 CRINGE. He is so fake, it’s not even a big enough word,” the OP added.
So, what did fellow Redditors think? Do they believe Hall is “fake” and “full of himself?” One had this to say: “I think he truly believes he has found his soulmate, and to me that’s way more cringe than if he was faking it.” However, it is also believed that Makayla will use Hall for all she can then ditch him.
True Love?
Unfortunately, diehard Temptation Island fans cannot stand Hall at all. They think he is blinded by Makayla’s body and she knew how to play the game. Yet, there are some who do believe that the two may have found love at first sight. As to whether it will be long-lasting, that is yet to be seen and does not appear promising. At least from the Redditors standpoint. Maybe they will prove them all wrong.
