When was Timothy Bliefnick on the game show?
Timothy is from Quincy, Illinois. He was a contestant on an episode of the game show, which was taped back in 2019. It then aired in 2020. At the time, he was married to Becky Postle Bliefnick and shared three young children with her. She did not appear on the show alongside her husband, but he did mention her.
While on the show, Steve Harvey asked Timothy: “What’s the biggest mistake you made at your wedding?”
In response, Timothy said:
“Honey, I love you, but said, ‘I do.’ Not my mistake. Not my mistake. I love my wife. I’m gonna get in trouble for that, aren’t I?”

Just a year after the episode aired, the couple was divorced. And now, the situation has escalated drastically, leaving Becky deceased.

On February 23, 2023, Timothy broke into his estranged ex-wife’s home and shot her 14 times. At the time, Becky and Timothy were navigating a custody battle. When he broke into the house, their three children were asleep in their beds.
Fox News reported that the Family Feud contestant was convicted after a week-long trial in May. Now, he’s been sentenced, and his fate has been revealed. He will spend the rest of his life behind bars on two counts of murder and a home invasion charge.
Prior to murdering his ex-wife, Timothy made several concerning Google searches. He researched how to break into a home, average police response time, and more. He committed the crime by using a crowbar to break into her home and then used a homemade silencer on a gun to slay his wife. Her father then discovered her body.
