‘Today’ Al Roker’s Wife, Deborah, Leaves Him In The Dust
Today weatherman Al Roker’s wife, Deborah Roberts, has left her husband in the dust. She revealed how she was able to leave him behind and power ahead, showing off her impressive speed and skills. Though Al and Deborah are both on TV, fans don’t get to see every side of them while on the air. Fortunately, they have become very active on social media, and fans enjoy following them both. They also share lots of photos of each other, their kids, and their new granddaughter too.
As we reported, Deborah took fans along on a special date night this past week. Now, she’s offering another look into their lives. This time, her husband, Al Roker, got left behind.
The Today weatherman gets left in the dust.
On her Instagram Stories on Saturday, Deborah took fans along as she and Al got their steps in. The couple kickstarted their day with a nice walk together. She snapped a photo of herself walking a little bit ahead of her hubby as he straggled behind.
It wasn’t long before she left the Today weatherman in the dust. The Good Morning America star said, “As we do in so many things, we don’t stay in locked steps. I’m going to take off. He’s going to hang back and do his thing.”
Then, she added, “We’re just going to meet up later.”
Now, there’s a good reason that Al Roker was left in the dust. He had knee replacement surgery just four months ago. While he appears to be doing well, he can’t quite keep up with his wife yet. Of course, they both seem to have awesome attitudes about this and don’t mind splitting up as needed.
Al also posted a video on his Instagram page and explained that he and Deborah later crossed paths and were reunited.
