Fans and followers agree that Vannessa’s extensions look great. But they’re also so proud that she continues to keep pushing herself and working toward her goals.
Even though 1000-Lb Best Friends isn’t airing new episodes right now, Vannessa isn’t about to let herself slip. Whether the camera is on or not, she keeps moving forward.

Vannessa Cross flaunts her pretty new hair extensions
1000-Lb Best Friends viewers have grown to adore Vannessa Cross over time. When the series first premiered, she was stubborn and wasn’t interested in healthy habits whatsoever. But after attending some therapy sessions and examining her family’s medical history, she decided to take her future into her own hands.
By the time Season 2 premiered, it was immediately obvious that Vannessa was dedicated to fitness and leading a healthier lifestyle. Right now, fans are still waiting to hear about Season 3. In the meantime, Vannessa is sharing more progress content with her followers.
“New hairstyle and it’s called “I DID THAT”. 💕🔥” Vannessa captioned her Instagram post. “Decided to play with some hair extensions today and I love how it turned out! 🥰 I haven’t seen myself with thick long hair in over a year! How did I do y’all?”
In the clip, the TLC star tosses around her beautiful light blonde hair and makes goofy faces at the mirror. She’s wearing an adorable floral tanktop and looks like she just got her nails done too.
Vannessa’s followers fawned over the video and couldn’t believe how great the TLC star looked. Weight loss aside, she also smiles more often these days and appears much more confident in her social media posts.
“Peeling back the years and aging in reverse! Happy looks good on you!” one fan wrote in the comments.
“Omg look at you, hot stuff!! You were beautiful before, but look at you now! You are so gorgeous,” another added.
Will 1000-Lb Best Friends return to TLC?
Fans love keeping up with Vannessa Cross on Instagram. But they’d really like to see her return to TLC. So will 1000-Lb Best Friends come back for a third season?
When directly asked about the show’s future, Vannessa played coy on social media. She said that they hadn’t heard anything yet. However, many fans remember cast members using that exact phrase last year when they had actually been filming all summer long.
At this point, it’s too soon to say whether the show will return or not. But at this point, things look positive for the future of 1000-Lb Best Friends.
