On her Instagram page this week, the former TLC star shared a video of herself at the Rayburn House Office Building, which is located in Washington, DC. In her video, she talked about disaster preparedness, especially for children who have medical complexities. Her team demonstrated a life-saving protocol to save an infant suffering from COVID-19. They used a life-like mannequin to educate others.
In her caption, the former reality TV star explained, “Keeping kids at the forefront in preparedness for pandemic & disaster response is critical for saving the lives of kids, especially those with medical complexities.”
