‘Sister Wives’ Janelle Brown Gets Physical With Kody
Will Kody and Janelle Brown come to blows over the end of their marriage?
Sister Wives fans were surprised to see Janelle stand up for herself and tell Kody off in the new Season 18 trailer. Without a doubt, it’s going to be one of the most dramatic seasons to date.

Janelle Brown tries to stop Kody from walking out
Last year, Sister Wives fans looked forward to seeing Kody’s infamous “knife in the kidneys” speech. This year, everyone is eagerly waiting to see Janelle tell Kody to shut his “f***ing mouth.”
And based on footage from the trailer, it looks like the pair nearly got into a physical altercation.
The scene in question happens at the end of the trailer. Kody is barking at Janelle and telling her about all the ways she’s ruined their marriage. Janelle asks Kody to listen to her, but he keeps talking and wagging his finger in her face. Then she finally delivers the iconic “shut your f***ing mouth and let me talk to you for a minute” line.
Kody declines and gets up to leave, but she reaches for him and tells him to stay and talk to her. She grabs hold of his jacket, but he quickly jerks his arm away and says he’s done listening to her.
Thankfully, there wasn’t any physical altercation. But plenty of fans think it could have come to that if Kody and Janelle spent any more time together in that room.
“Janelle’s claws are FINALLY out and I’m here for it!!” one viewer wrote on the trailer’s YouTube link.
“Janelle telling Kody to ‘Shut your f-ing mouth’ is the single best line anyone has ever spoken on this show! GET IT, JANELLE!!!
” another added.
Christine and Kody confront each other as well
Janelle isn’t the only one confronting Kody Brown this season. The trailer also reveals that Kody and Christine are going to confront one another about the end of their own relationship.
Kody and Christine’s scene isn’t nearly as dramatic, but fans know that this situation could also escalate and cause Kody to storm out. During dinner, Christine says that she looks back on their marriage with a sense of humor. Kody gets angry and in a confessional says he didn’t find the situation funny at all.
