‘Sister Wives’: Fans Finally See Real Tears From Robyn Brown?

Over the years, the TLC star has developed a reputation for crying during every tense moment, earning her the nickname “Sobbin’ Robyn.” However, most viewers noticed that her tears always seem to be fake.
Will this be the year she lets her true emotions show?
Fans debate whether Robyn Brown’s Season 18 tears are real or fake
Fans first met Robyn back in Season 1 while she was courting Kody Brown. Right from the beginning, Sister Wives viewers suspected that she was a very manipulative person and would do whatever it took to get her own way.
And after 17 seasons, that seems more true than ever before. Whenever there’s a difficult conversation, Robyn Brown frequently resorts to “tears” to get sympathy. But at this point, fans have really had enough.
Will her tears in Season 18 be real?
The Season 18 trailer features several clips of Robyn breaking down. But some fans online think at least a few of the clips could be genuine.
“Now we know what Robyn looks like when she’s actually crying,” one Redditor shared on the platform shortly after the trailer came out. “And of course she’s crying because she’s talking about herself.”
“I actually saw tears in her eye that hadn’t fallen yet. We only saw a snippet, but there was a baby tear being born,” another Reddit user pointed out.
However, others weren’t very convinced. Several argued that Robyn Brown excels at getting her eyes moist when she needs to look sad. But no real tears ever fall.
“You’re right, she’s really good at getting her eyes watery. Believe me, I’m anxiously waiting to see if a tear will drop for the first time since they brought her into the family 😂” one Redditor said.
What’s bothering the TLC star this year?
Every year, it seems that there is something that horribly upsets Robyn Brown. Last year she cried over Christine’s departure. This year, she’s dealing with both Meri and Janelle leaving the family.
In the new trailer, she breaks down in tears and declares that her vision for the future is ruined. The TLC star describes how she always envisioned herself sitting on a porch with her sister wives, watching their children and grandchildren play. And now those dreams are ruined.
Although Robyn seems genuinely upset in the clips, many Sister Wives fans are having a hard time taking her reactions seriously. After the way she treated the other three wives over the years, many fans don’t believe she’ll miss the women at all.
