Lisa Vanderpump & ‘Pump Rules’ Cast Say Goodbye
Lisa Vanderpump and the cast of Vanderpump Rules recently said goodbye.
The Bravo reality tv stars gathered in West Hollywood this week to bid farewell to something that has special meaning to everyone involved. Read on to find out how the VPR cast said goodbye, and what they’re moving on from.
Lisa Vanderpump Gathers Pump Rules Cast To Say Goodbye
Lisa Vanderpump and the ‘Pump Rules cast gathered in West Hollywood to say goodbye to an unsung member of the cast. We’re talking about the West Hollywood Pump Restaurant location, of course. In May, the Pump Restaurant team announced that the West Hollywood location was closing down. They cited rising rent prices for the sudden decision. A statement about the closure read in part, “…to take on another 10-year lease with a huge increase in rent,” was not something they were able to commit to.

The restaurant and bar owned by Lisa and her husband Ken Todd, officially closed its doors this week. The iconic restaurant flourished for “ten years of beautiful evenings under our olive trees.” The farewell party was full of familiar faces and plenty of cameras ready to usher the Pump Restaurant family into its next chapter and close this door for good.
On Instagram, Lisa Vanderpump thanked her staff and the restaurant itself for a “decade of Pumptinis” and amazing memories. She added, “End of an era, but the start of something new.”
Onward And Upward To Tahoe For Pump
With the closing of Pump Restaurant in West Hollywood, it’s time to look to the future.
And that future involves a new location in Lake Tahoe. Wolf by Vanderpump is the 37th restaurant and bar opened by Lisa and her husband Ken Todd. It also marks the third location opened in Nevada. While bidding farewell to West Hollywood Pump, Lisa Vanderpump took the chance to boast about her other locations and talk about Wolf.

Lisa told the crowd, “…We’re opening another restaurant in Lake Tahoe called Wolf by Vanderpump, we have our restaurants in Las Vegas, we have TomTom and SUR.” So hopefully, she added, the Pump family will continue to “feel the love” from their fans. Lisa also mentioned the restaurant’s history in supporting Pride, “moments that will forever be etched in our mind.”
While Lisa spoke to the gathered crowd, cameras from Bravo were catching the momentous closing for Vanderpump Rules Season 11. Season 11 filming began in June, but the premiere date remains a mystery.
Are you sad to see the West Hollywood Pump Restaurant close its doors for good? And will you be checking out Wolf by Vanderpump next time you’re in Lake Tahoe? Catch Lisa Vanderpump and the whole cast with Vanderpump Rules streaming on Bravo and Peacock.
