Ariana Madix Setting Stage With Derek Hough For ‘DWTS’ Gig?

Is Vanderpump Rules star Ariana Madix setting the stage with Derek Hough for her potential DWTS gig? Shortly after ‘Scandoval’ emerged, Ariana was a perfect target to join the upcoming season of the hit dancing reality series. Ariana Madix Setting Stage With Derek Hough For DWTS Gig?

Back in April, it was rumored that Ariana Madix was signing on for Season 32 of DWTS. However, the networks just had to work out all of the logistics. She would not be the first Bravo star to join the show. Her former SUR boss Lisa Vanderpump was on the show as was Erika Jayne, Kim Zolciak, and more. Ariana has been in the spotlight after her longtime boyfriend, Tom Sandoval cheated on her with Raquel Leviss. Suddenly, she was receiving an abundance of endorsement deals with the potential of being a contestant on DWTS.

Judge and former show pro, Derek Hough believed that Madix would be a perfect addition based on what she had been through on Pump. Now, she is making her grand ballroom debut even more of a reality. Her sandwich shop with Katie Maloney, Something About Her, is getting ready to open. Filming for the new season of Vanderpump Rules is underway so, from what fans have seen, it is already playing a crucial role. Furthermore, Ariana has decided to bring along a very special guest with her.

According to the Daily Mail, Ariana took Derek Hough to Something About Her. With her blonde locks flowing and donning a maroon micro dress with a wrap waist, flower decor, and puffed sleeves, she looked every bit the businesswoman. For his part, Derek was in a fitted navy T-shirt and jeans. He was treated to the delights that the sandwich shop serves and then, after finishing up, they departed with a sweet hug. More so, this will just keep the casting rumor mill spinning as to whether or not Madix will be on Season 32.

Will It Be Filmed?

If Ariana Madix does make it to DWTS, the likelihood of her being filmed practicing is slim. Finally, Season 11 of Vanderpump Rules will likely end right around the time that DWTS starts its filming. So, Bravo may get to capture her revealing that she has joined the dancing competition. Then, her experience on the show will be chatted about at the reunion.
