The fan-favorite TODAY host is a grandpa and can’t help but share about this exciting life event! The TODAY hosts announced Tuesday, July 4 that Al’s granddaughter is here, according to TODAY.com. Courtney and her husband, Wes, welcomed their first baby to the world on Monday, July 3. Fortunately, it sounds like everything went smoothly.
Al informed his co-hosts that the whole family is doing well. He also said that they “couldn’t be happier.”
Courtney and Wes decided to name their daughter Sky Clara Laga. She’s very healthy and happy already. Al Roker’s co-hosts couldn’t get over the adorable name chosen for the baby girl.
As of now, Al and Courtney haven’t shared any photos on social media. But they will likely give fans a look at the baby girl very soon.
