A Merry Scottish Christmas Is Party Of Five Reunion
On Thursday, Deadline reported that Party Of Five alum Lacey Chabert and Scott Wolf are reuniting for a new Hallmark Christmas movie. This movie is A Merry Scottish Christmas. This is the first time the two have worked together since the hit Fox series. In that show, they played siblings Claudia Salinger and Bailey Salinger.
But, this is Hallmark. Does this mean the two will be playing love interests? They will not. Instead the two stars will continue that brother-sister relationship in this new movie.
Turns out this has been a project the two have wanted to do for a long time. Lacey Chabert revealed that she and Wolf had wanted to work together again. “Scott and I have talked for years about doing another project together. When we first read this story about these siblings at a crossroads, we both knew it was the perfect opportunity.”
Scott Wolf shared that he was happy to be reuniting with the Dancing Detective star. “Working with Lacey on Party Of Five was one of my favorite experiences ever.” He added, “Reuniting after all of these years to tell such a beautiful story together is a dream that I’m so glad is coming true.”
Lacey and Scott are not the only ones thrilled about this reunion. Hallmark Media Executive Vice President of Programming, Lisa Hamilton Daly shared her enthusiasm for this special reunion. “We are so excited to reunite Lacey and Scott and know our viewers will fall in love with this movie. The nostalgia of seeing Lacey and Scott together again on screen is going to be a special holiday treat for our viewers.”

In this Party Of Five reunion, siblings Lindsay and Brad head out to Scotland to celebrate the holidays with their mother Jo (Fiona Bell). It has been a long time since Lindsay and Brad have been in the same room, let alone celebrated Christmas together.

Lacey Chabert shared the news of this new Hallmark Christmas movie on her Instagram. She added in a comment that she and Scott would be playing siblings once again. That brought a sigh of relief from fans.
