An insider spoke with InTouch Weekly about how Anna Duggar feels about the new docuseries. In case you missed it, a new series called Shiny Happy People: Duggar Family Secrets debuted on Amazon Prime Video on June 2. It focuses on the Duggars and the religious organization they are a part of. They are in the IBLP (Institute in Basic Life Principles). In the docuseries, the IBLP’s harmful beliefs and practices are exposed.
According to InTouch Weekly’s source, “Josh’s wife Anna isn’t a fan of Jill. While she isn’t saying much, I hear that she doesn’t want to watch the documentary and thinks the people who participated are toxic.”
The insider added, “Anna’s faith has been tested enough, but apparently she’s still a strong believer. She has shifted away from the core beliefs of IBLP, but her faith is all she has. Some say Anna needs to watch it, to get another wake up call, but she’s not ready.”
