Breaking Bad: Mike Batayeh Dead At 52: Cause Of Death
Known best as the manager of Gustavo’s infamous laundromat, comedian and actor Mike Batayeh has passed away. Speaking to TMZ, his family confirmed he passed away in his sleep at the beginning of the month. His family confirmed his cause of death was suffering a heart attack while he was asleep at his home in Michigan.
Mike’s sister Diane tells TMZ his death was sudden and unexpected as he didn’t have a history of any heart-related health issues. His heartbroken family issued a statement about his sudden passing:
He will be greatly missed by those who loved him and his great ability to bring laughter and joy to so many.”
Mike Batayeh was featured in three different episodes of AMC’s hit series Breaking Bad playing the role of Dennis Markowski. He was the manager of the laundry mat owned by Gustavo Fring that was being used as a front for a meth lab Bryan Cranston’s Walter White and Aaron Paul’s Jesse Pinkman utilized to make product.

In addition to being an actor, he also was successful as a traveling comedian. He also dabbled in voice acting and made appearances on a few other popular shows including Boy Meets World, CSI: Miami, and The Bernie Mac Show.
The Breaking Bad actor leaves behind five sisters and a slew of nieces and nephews. His family is absolutely gutted by his sudden and unexpected passing.
