‘RHONJ’: Luis Ruelas’ Ex-Fiancee Files Restraining Order
The Real Housewives Of New Jersey star Luis Ruelas’ ex-fiancee has filed a restraining order against him. In this paperwork is some pretty shocking claims against Teresa Guidice’s new husband.

Page Six shared that Luis Ruelas’ ex-fiancee Vanessa Reiser has now filed a restraining order against him and is claiming he was having her “stalked” by a private investigator that he allegedly hired. She works as a licensed therapist specializing in narcissistic abuse. It turns out that she found out that one of her clients may not really have been there for the right reasons. Instead, this client was allegedly hired by Luis to stalk her. She thinks the woman was hired to “spy” on her.

This woman came in a few times and was using a fake name. Each time she would ask about Vanessa’s relationship with Luis. This seemed odd. Vanessa’s lawyer shared saying, “It was weird that she kept asking all of this information that if Luis ever left his wife and he was unhappy, would she ever take him back.” He said that Vanessa would allegedly “steer away from the subject and not so much talk about it.”
This Isn’t His First Accusation
Luis Ruelas was also accused of domestic violence by his ex-wife Marisa DiMartino. This all started back in 2010 when they had a verbal argument and the police were called. One police report said, “The dispute became heated and culminated” with Ruelas “pushing” DiMartino “into a metal support pole in the garage. This action took place in the presence of the couple’s son.” She didn’t file charges against him at this time.

His ex-wife also stated that she picked up their son at school without her permission and that they had a few other arguments. When checking boxes on the police report she checked “yes” on the boxes that said, “threatened to kill you or your children.” She also checked yes to “is the suspect violently and constantly jealous of you?” and “has the physical violence increased in frequency or severity over the past six months?” These two had some issues, but they now get along and co-parent well together.
