Recently, there has been a lot going on in Jill’s life. The former TLC star spoke out in the IBLP (Institute in Basic Life Principles) docuseries, Shiny Happy People: Duggar Family Secrets. She exposed the dangers of the religious organization and talked about the payment issues she faced with TLC.
In addition, she just announced that she wrote a memoir, Counting the Cost, which goes into her childhood and her family’s roles on TLC. On social media and in the docuseries, fans have seen Derick Dillard supporting his wife.

On Instagram on Monday morning, Jill shared a new post dedicated to her husband, Derick Dillard. In the snap, she and her husband are locking lips while standing by the water. She gushed, “I’m so incredibly grateful for my man @derickdillard. His support means the world to me. Thanks babe!”

In the comments section of Jill’s new post, her husband is getting lots of love for all of the support he’s given his wife during this time. As we’ve reported, Jill has not gotten much support from her family in response to the book and docuseries. So, Derick’s encouragement seems to be very important to her.
