Scheana Shay & Ariana Madix All Smiles As They Play Ball

Scheana Shay and Ariana Madix were all smiles as they played ball the other night. The Vanderpump Rules stars got to be a part of the San Diego Padres for the evening. More so, Scheana’s daughter, Summer Moon got to join in on the moment which made it even more special. So, why were they there? Read on for more details.

Scheana Shay & Ariana Madix All Smiles As They Play Ball

The last three weeks have not been easy for Scheana Shay and Ariana Madix. They have had to relive the heartbreaking Season 10 finale where Ariana’s boyfriend confessed to cheating on her. She had been with Tom Sandoval for nine years when it came out that he had been having an affair with her best friend, Raquel Leviss. Leviss was also very close to Scheana, so close that Scheana even said she would trust Raquel in a bed with her husband. Following that episode were the first two parts of the reunion where Scheana could only be present for part of it.

Fortunately, from this mess has come a lot of positives, including a chance to pitch for the San Diego Padres. According to TMZ, the besties got to throw out the first pitch. The Padres were playing against the Chicago Cubs and both Scheana Shay and Ariana Madix were on hand for the big moment. This all went down Saturday, June 3rd and Scheana had her whole family on hand to help commemorate the memorable experience. Shay noted that: “This has been a dream of mine.”

Her aunt Shirley was one of the original Rockford Peaches from the film A League of Their Own. Therefore, this was extremely special for Shay. This inspired her to play baseball as a little girl and she was on a team of all boys. More importantly, she hoped that she made her late aunt proud. It must be noted that, when Scheana Shay turned around, her jersey reflected her new name. Upon marrying Brock Davies, they decided to add ‘Honey’ in. So, hers read ‘Honey Davies’ though it is unclear if the name change is legal.

Profiting From The Scandal

Scheana Shay’s best friend, Ariana Madix’s world may have been turned upside down but it has been profitable. The two ladies along with co-star Lala Kent just starred in an Uber One commercial. Plus, Madix has landed a BIC razor campaign and was gifted clothes from Bloomingdales. Now, she and Shay are throwing out pitches and she is smiling brighter than ever before. Seems like this is just what she needed to thrive. Next up, Madix and Katie Maloney will open their sandwich shop, Something About Her.
