Lisa Vanderpump said she wanted to come by and see the place which he claimed included a studio. So, what is it actually like on the inside? According to Page Six, the home cost 1.35 million dollars which is a pretty penny. It is a Burbank ranch and boasts three bedrooms and two bathrooms. As James Kennedy shared on the reunion: “It’s a really cute three-bedroom little gray home. It’s got a pool in the back, it’s got a dream studio to be in.” He also noted that: “It’s been a long time coming.”

The home is 1300 square feet, originally built in 1940, and comes with stainless steel appliances. It has recently been renovated to be updated and more modern. This includes a new roof as well as windows. Finally, the patio is enclosed near the pool, which is inground. This will allow James Kennedy to play DJ whenever he wants to at any time and host poolside parties for future Pump episodes- if the show goes on.

Halting The Series

James Kennedy may want to show off his new home with Ally Lewber but Season 11 of Vanderpump Rules is on hold. Despite being renewed after a successful Season 10, ‘Scandoval’ catapulted the show to new heights. However, there is supposedly a secret that could keep the cast from signing on once again. Only one person and the showrunner knows what this is but fans will just have to wait to find out. There have been a plethora of guesses but time will tell. Until then, congrats to James on his new and really sweet purchase. It looks like a lovely and fun home.
