More shocking details are coming out about the plastic surgeon named Dr. Zachary ‘Dr. Zach’ Okhah who was allegedly performing a “mommy makeover” on former MTV’s Wild ‘N’Out star Jacky Oh around the time that she’s believed to have passed away.

At this time, the former MTV personality’s cause of death has not been made public. But, there are a lot of eyes on plastic surgeon Dr. Zach as her fans assume the surgery went wrong. Largely because the Instagram post from her talking about the “mommy makeover” was deleted prior to the news of her death breaking.

Jacky Oh’s Surgeon: History Of Botched Surgeries & Lawsuits

Per Page Six‘s reportJacky Oh’s plastic surgeon had several unhappy customers that proceeded to leave very negative public reviews claiming he botched their surgeries. Dr. Zach, however, claimed the reviews were bogus slander and proceeded to file lawsuits against multiple customers.

In July 2021, the plastic surgeon filed a lawsuit against Leila Penn after she published a review on a platform called RealSelf claiming that he “mutilated” her. In the court documents, the plastic surgeon stated that her accusations were both defamatory and “false.” Likewise, he also accused her of hurting future business by engaging in comments on the platform and telling potential customers to go elsewhere to reserve plastic surgery. Jack Oh’s plastic surgeon’s lawsuit against Leila Penn was to the tune of $30K.

Ultimately, the lawsuit went nowhere after Dr. Zach dismissed it without prejudice in December 2021 (meaning he can’t bring up this lawsuit again).

Turns out, he also filed a lawsuit against a woman named Kyla Beirenburg in August of 2021. The lawsuit was also for $30K. Kyle reportedly left a review on Google claiming the surgeon did not have any real happy customers. Her lawsuit went on to claim ALL of his positive reviews on Google were likely “fake” and written by members of his staff or his loved ones. Her review reportedly proceeded to encourage potential customers to venture to the RealSelf platform to read reviews from his real customers.

What Do His Reviews Look Like?

On RealSelf, Jacky Oh’s plastic surgeon has a 3.8 out of 5 stars. But, at least 10 of the 60 reviews are one-star reviews claiming he overcharges and underdelivers. His average on a site called Health Grades is 1.6 out of 5 stars with 86 percent of the reviews being one-star.

Dr. Zach does have an Instagram profile, but he has his comments completely shut off.

With little information about how she died being public, fans of Jacky Oh continue to swarm her Instagram profile as they beg for answers or for someone to tell them she’s not really dead.
