‘The Wedding Wish’ Kicks Off UPtv’s June Grooms
UPtv is kicking off its June Grooms programming with The Wedding Wish. More so, this means the entire month of June will be devoted to weddings.
This movie is a quirky romcom about a woman who has her wedding all planned out. However, she just needs a groom.

What Is UPtv’s The Wedding Wish About?
What do we know about the first UPtv June Grooms movie The Wedding Wish? According to the UPtv synopsis, Jenny is a talented illustrator. She loves to live in a dream world, but her real life still needs a few things to work out for her. Furthermore, Jenny is still waiting to meet that special someone.
However, things change when she gets a fortune that predicts she will get married in four months. Even better, her dream castle-like venue is available. This place is usually fully booked, but it is serendipitously available for just one day. That is her birthday, in exactly four months.
She proceeds to book all of the small details. That includes a wedding cake, food, flowers, and even the perfect dress. Therefore, the artist is now ready for her perfect day.
Now, her best pal tells her “She has to FIF.” That means it is now time to “find a fiancé.” How is that going to happen? Jenny is not going to let this small detail stall her. She knows that her Prince Charming is out there. Most of all, she is going to find him!
Work To Do
Now, she has to focus on her work. She is going to meet a successful children’s book author who needs an illustrator. As she waits for the author at the front receptionist’s desk at the publisher, she meets the arrogant author Tyler.
Not realizing that he is speaking to the artist, he says some unflattering things about Jenny’s artwork. However, the egg is on his face when the publisher formally introduces them.
Once they start working, things quickly improve between the two of them. They spend a lot of time together and get close. He tells her that “Happiness is like a butterfly. You cannot chase it.” She finds this so profound. He invites her to a mindfulness class. There, she meets the guy she knows will be her perfect husband.
However, did she overlook her real Prince Charming?

This movie stars Kabby Borders (The Perfect Wedding Match, The Tutor), and Alex Trumble (Lucky Hearts, Days Of Our Lives).
