Tammy Slaton Declares Herself The “Diet Sodie” Ambassador
1000-Lb Sisters star Tammy Slaton has decided that she should be the ambassador of diet soda.
The TLC star and her family absolutely love the beverage, which they refer to as “sodies.” At this point, the word has become part of the 1000-Lb Sisters culture.
Now that Tammy has more independence, she is free to make her own food and drink choices. While some fans were happy to see that it wasn’t regular soda, others criticized the choice altogether.
But what exactly did her followers have to say about the situation?

Overcoming addiction in any capacity is a challenge. 1000-Lb Sisters fans have been incredibly proud of Tammy Slaton’s progress so far. However, they do worry that she’s on the road to relapsing.
Recently, the TLC star was seen with a large chocolate drink from Starbucks. And now, she’s gone back to her diet sodas.
Throughout the course of the series, fans have seen Tammy and her family members enjoy plenty of sodas. Now, she thinks that she could definitely be their spokesperson.
“LOL diet sodie ambassador,” Tammy captioned her Instagram post. And of course, she had to show off her beloved bottle of Diet Coke. Although it was clearly meant to be just a silly post, many followers took issue with it.
“Funny when after bypass or sleeve you’re not supposed to have bubbles,” one Instagram user wrote. Many others offered similar sentiments, pointing out that the word “diet” doesn’t make it a healthy alternative.
But at least one of the TLC star’s followers stuck up for her.
“Oh Good Lawd, get off her back! It’s none of our business!” one fan came to Tammy’s defense. “She’s at least up losing weight, moving around, walking…TAMMY, YOU LOOK MAHVAHLOUS DAHLING!”
Is the TLC star seeing someone new?
Word has it that Tammy Slaton and her husband Caleb Willingham are finished. And Tammy Slaton definitely isn’t the type to let breakups weigh her down.
Tammy is now reportedly dating TikTok influencer Greg Morgan.
“They’ve been seeing each other for about a month now,” an insider allegedly told The Sun. “He’s come to see her a handful of times. He takes a six-hour bus from Indianapolis to visit her in Kentucky.”
Time will tell if anything serious develops out of her relationship with Greg. Fans would love to see Tammy settle down with someone special. However, they also want the TLC star to choose someone who helps her make healthy choices.
