Hallmark’s latest June Wedding programming is the movie Make Me A Match. This delves into matchmaking. Do the traditional practices lead to results, or is swiping right more effective?

Here is what we know about this latest romcom.

What Is Hallmark’s Make Me A Match About?

This is what the final Hallmark June Weddings movie, Make Me A Match, is about. According to the synopsis, Vivi is a hopeless romantic. Granted, she has dated very little, but she believes in the concept of true love.

Vivi believes in love so much that her work is all about finding love. Yes, she owns  a “data-driven matchmaking app.” This app uses answers from carefully selected questions to pinpoint the common denominators for this modern matchmaking approach.

However, the information gathered has not resulted in the sorts of love matches they predicted. You could say that their approach is failing, and Vivi’s company is on the line. Those numbers need to improve!

Therefore, Vivi makes a pivot. She decides to go old school and hires a traditional Indian matchmaker to help her out. Raina tells Vivi that she will help her find love. Then, she can use that knowledge to help fix the app.

As Raina helps Vivi find love, the young entrepreneur gets to know Raina’s son Bhumesh. He is a breath of fresh air. Unlike Vivi, he is spontaneous and he loves to improvise. The two quickly find a connection.

Now Vivi wonders if love can be forced, or if it needs time to bloom.
