My 600-Lb Life star Dr. Younan Nowzaradan may be in his late 70s, but health and fitness are still top priorities for him.
And it appears that he actually practices what he preaches to patients. On his Instagram page, he has been known to share tidbits of health advice and even occasionally shares images of himself eating well and exercising.
In one recent post, he really decided to show off. At 78 years old, he just wants to prove that wellness can be for everyone. Keep reading to get the inside scoop on the short video he shared.
My 600-Lb Life star Dr. Now demonstrates the importance of exercise
When My 600-Lb Life isn’t airing new episodes, Dr. Now still likes to keep in touch with his fans. He maintains an active Instagram presence and even promotes merchandise from his online store.
But this week, he decided to show his followers how important it is to maintain an active lifestyle.
In the Instagram video, he appears to make a response to a fan’s health goals. The fan says that their goal is to “establish a true lifestyle change, which will hopefully make [them] feel and look healthy.”
Dr. Now simply replied, “Create a lifestyle around your goals and you will succeed.”
He then added a photo of himself lifting weights at the gym — apparently bicep curls. Dr. Now might be getting older, but he’s still doing everything in his power to model a healthy, active lifestyle and show his patients and followers that anything is possible.
Many of his Instagram followers left positive words on the post. They loved how dedicated Dr. Now is to the health and wellness of his patients.
And hopefully, there will be more content coming up very soon.
Viewers have questions about the fate of the series
Most My 600-Lb Life seasons run for about 15 episodes. But My 600-Lb Life Season 11 appeared to end abruptly after just eight episodes. Shortly after, a new season of Dr. Pimple Popper took over the weekly timeslot.
So what exactly happened to Season 11? Redditors think they might have solved the mystery.
“Show returning in September,” one Reddit user shared on the platform, attaching a screenshot of an alleged correspondence with a TLC representative.
There’s no way of knowing whether or not the email is legitimate, but it gave fans a glimmer of hope nevertheless. With any luck, My 600-Lb Life Season 11 will be back with brand new episodes in the fall of 2023.
