Who Does Andy Cohen Want To Face Off With Teresa Giudice?

Andy Cohen has watched a lot of housewives come and go on RHONJ. Many have tried to either befriend Teresa Giudice or take her down. Either way, it seems like it is a losing battle. Even close friend Dolores Catania could probably get stabbed in the back or thrown under the bus if Teresa deemed it necessary. However, there is one person that Andy would love to come back and face off against Teresa in the near future. So, who is it and can they handle the task at hand?

It is none other than show alum Caroline Manzo. She recently wrapped a tumultuous season of RHUGT alongside Brandi Glanville where things got really bad. So bad in fact that Glanville was sent home and Caroline left on her own accord. According to Hollywood Life, Andy Cohen actually had asked Mazo to return to her Jersey roots. He wrote about this in his new book The Daddy Diaries: The Year I Grew Up. Apparently, Cohen got in touch with Manzo right before filming for Season 13 commenced in the spring of 2022.

Andy Cohen wrote: “Did a bunch of work calls on the Long Island Expressway [on May 26], including a long one with Caroline Manzo about coming back. She is ACTIVATED about Teresa [Giudice] and feels a ‘moral obligation to tell this woman that she can’t get away with her stuff.’” However, a deal was unable to be reached as: “the gap between her expectations and our reality is too wide.” Cohen did not know if this would be Teresa’s last season. Therefore, he felt the timing was perfect for the two to face off, finally after all of these years.

Teresa’s Thoughts

According to Andy Cohen, he had spoken to Teresa Giudice about her future on the show. She was not sure where the road would lead her. There was a chance she might depart but return in a few seasons. However, after speaking with Caroline Manzo, he did feel that he needed to be upfront with Teresa. “I thought she would be okay about it, and then by the end of the night I thought I was an idiot for thinking she would be okay with it,” he recalled.
