Amy Halterman of TLC’s 1000-Lb. Sisters is constantly getting heat for everything she does wrong when it comes to her parenting choices for Glenn and Gage. She, however, is getting praised by fans for a recent parenting win that most agree left them more than a little impressed. What exactly did Amy do that fans are considering to be a parenting win? Amy Halterman impresses with major parenting win
The TLC personality took to TikTok recently to share a sweet video of her sons having a blast playing in the living room. The video panned following Gage around the room as he played with an electric horse on a stick. The horse would make horse noises followed by galloping noises and Gage wandered the room. Amy could be heard behind the camera talking to Gage riding the horse and telling Gage about the sound the horse makes.
Little Glenn was also on the video, though he was in a rocker and fans could only see the back of his head. Glenn looked to be focused on watching what his big brother Gage was doing as he wandered the living room with his horse on a stick.
Fans appreciated Amy Halterman taking the time to share this sweet video with them. They, however, wanted to take a moment to praise Amy Halterman for a truly impressive parenting win.
What did she accomplish exactly?
In the video, fans noticed Gage Halterman had a pair of socks designed to look like a pair of tied-up sneakers on his feet. In the comments of her video, fans noted that any mother who is capable of getting a child Gage’s age to keep a pair of socks on his feet gets an “A+” for their parenting skills.
