Dolores Catania’s Boyfriend Paul To Be Divorced Soon
Dolores Catania’s boyfriend Paul Connell is going to be divorced soon. This is about three years after his ex filed and it took this long for them to finalize everything.
Paul Connell’s Divorce
Paul’s ex, Joanne Connell, filed for divorce on February 4, 2020, but it still hasn’t been finalized. The Sun was able to confirm that it will finally all come to an end soon leaving Paul single again.
This divorce is taking place in New York, where divorce hearings are sealed. This means that no information is available about the divorce. The last filing was submitted in October 2020. Now almost three years later, they are about to finally be divorced. The couple has been married for 16 years and they have two children together.
So what has taken so long? Paul explained saying, “There’s been no really need for me to be divorced, like, it’s not like I was getting married or I go around marrying people for the fun of it. So, it never really happened to that point for her or for me. We’re quite comfortable. Obviously when me and Dolores got more serious, now the conversation’s like, ‘Okay, now it’s time to close that chapter,’ and that’s it. There’s really nothing else. I’m very happily separated and very soon to be happily divorced. It’s a very simple understanding. We are not divorced, we are getting divorced. We never had a big misunderstanding to the point where, ‘I hate you, you hate me.’ It was never like that, never being like that. We’ve just parted ways. We’re still very amicable.”

Dolores Catania’s Future on RHONJ
There have been rumors about Dolores leaving The Real Housewives of New Jersey. These started when Paul posted a picture of her along with the caption “Dolo leaving all the BS behind.” She was jumping into the ocean. It turns out that this was just a simple post and it didn’t mean anything at all. Dolores shared that she doesn’t have any plans to leave the show right now. You never know who they will invite back for next season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey.
