Ashley Iaconetti, Jared Haibon Trying For Baby Number Two?
Are Bachelor in Paradise fan favorites Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon trying for baby number two? Ashley opened up recently to share the scoop if they are ready to grow their family of three to four. Will they be giving Dawson a sibling soon? Keep reading to find out more.
Will Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon be having another baby soon?
Fans have loved following Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon since their time on Bachelor in Paradise. They have cheered them on since the days of Ashley crying hysterically because Jared just wasn’t really into her romantically. Then, when it seemed Ashley had moved on with someone else, Jared came to his senses and they have been together ever since.
They welcomed their first child together, a son named Dawson, back on January 31, 2022. They named him after Ashley’s obsession with Leonardo DiCaprio and his character Jack Dawson in the movie Titanic.
Now that Dawson is over a year old, fans are wondering if this adorable couple is trying for another baby.
Bachelor Nation shared what Ashley had to say when asked if they are currently trying to have a baby. She got very candid with her answer noting that right now they are not. However, it won’t be long until Ashley and Jared are working on adding another member to the family.
Ashley shared that she and Jared will probably try again in August. Why are they waiting a few more months? Ashley said, “Lots of reasons. I wish I could wait longer, but I would ideally like Dawson to be within 3 years apart from his sibling. I haven’t been able to enjoy a summer for a while. Two years ago I was pregnant and suffering and last year, we were in the midst of a move and Dawson was in an extremely fussy phase.”
She continued on noting that while other parents have easy babies she feels like she and Jared cannot really relate. They think Dawson is great but also a lot of work. Ashley said if she tried any earlier than August she would lose her “damn mind” having two so soon.
Another huge reason for slowing things down is that Ashley was severely ill during her first pregnancy. She is already asking fans for some advice on how to handle the sickness while expecting.
Their recent trip back to Paradise
Ashley and Jared took a trip down memory lane last summer when they joined the cast for part of Season 8 of Bachelor in Paradise. They were there to inspire and support all the new couples that were forming. It was also hoped that they could reignite the romance between them after having a baby.
Things didn’t go exactly as planned but they had a great time and eventually did make good use of the boom boom room.
