When Will Bosch: Legacy Season 2 Premiere?
When will Freevee premiere Bosch: Legacy? Last year, in early May, Season 1 premiered. However, fans of the series that stars Titus Welliver as Harry Bosch, Mimi Rogers as Honey “Money” Chandler, and Madison Lintz (Maddie Bosch) want to know when they will get to see the resolution of the Season 1 cliffhanger.
According to Deadline, the second season will premiere in the Fall of 2023. Those fans will just have to wait a bit longer to see the cliffhanger get resolved. At the end of the first season, Maddie Bosch is kidnapped by a masked man. Now, Bosch and Honey have to search for the young police officer because she has been kidnapped by a serial killer. Harry is not depending on another team to find his precious daughter.
Yet, this may all be part of the killer’s plan because it is not Maddie he is after. It is Harry! Moreover, her job with the LAPD is now in jeopardy.
Meanwhile, the FBI is conducting its own search for Maddie. As they continue to investigate, they begin to question the circumstances around Carl Rogers’ murder. Now, Harry and Honey are on the hot seat.
What Do We Know About The Spinoff’s Third Season?
Has there been any information about Bosch: Legacy Season 3? What should fans expect? Although the series was renewed by Amazon Freevee, they did not share a synopsis. This does make sense as Season 2 has not been released. They certainly do not want to share any information that would spoil the second season.
In addition, they are not working on scripts as Michael Connelly and other Hollywood writers are currently on strike. According to a photo on his Instagram, his particular sign includes a Harry Bosch quote, “Everybody counts, or nobody counts.”
More Bosch Spinoffs On The Way
It turns out that Bosch: Legacy Season 1 wound up being streamed more than the OG on Amazon. Now, they have two new spinoffs in the plans.
First, is a still-untitled series featuring Detective Jerry Edgar. He is assigned to an undercover FBI gig in Little Haiti, Miami. Jamie Hector will be reprising his role in this spinoff.
Next, is the Renee Ballard project. This is something new to television, but those viewers who read Michael Connelly will know who Detective Renee Ballard is. Detective Ballard runs the LAPD’s new cold-case division.
As always, Michael Connelly will be heavily involved with both new series. That is, once the WGA strike is over.
