TLC drops a preview for the new 7 Little Johnstons episode.
On Monday, ahead of Tuesday’s new episode, TLC shared a preview, giving fans a glimpse of what’s coming next. Season 13 is underway, and fans have had the chance to catch up with all of the Johnston family’s fun activities, plus a little bit of drama too.
Now, it looks like Alex is getting his chance in the spotlight, based on what’s been revealed about the new episode. He’s preparing to head to homecoming with his girlfriend, Allie, who is in town for the special occasion. In the clip, Alex and Allie share their excitement for this big event. They are thrilled to be going together, and Allie seems ready to meet Alex’s teachers and friends.
In the preview, Alex and Allie are getting ready for homecoming with the help of Anna and Elizabeth Johnston. Emma is also attending, so Anna and Elizabeth divvy up the hair and makeup duties.

While chatting about the upcoming dance, the sisters admit that Alex’s big news took them by surprise. They admit that they were totally surprised to learn that he had a girlfriend. They thought it would be years before he would start dating. Despite only being together for a few months, he and Allie seem very into each other. He’s visited her out-of-state and even surprised her with gifts.
Elizabeth also mentioned that Alex and Allie happened to meet at the conference that she missed. In the past, the whole family has enjoyed going, but Elizabeth wasn’t able to make it this past time. And of course, that was the one where Alex and Allie’s relationship first started.
