Reportedly, Tammy Slaton and Caleb Willingham were never legally married as they didn’t file the necessary paperwork. Some fans believe the marriage was actually just drummed up by TLC to stir ratings.
Now, Amy Halterman’s divorce appears to be a little more than a rumor as it has been reported that her husband Michael officially filed for divorce. Likewise, there’s a lot of legal paperwork regarding protective orders and custody agreements surrounding their situation. Moreover, Amy Halterman’s social media activity (and her sexy outfits) haven’t exactly screamed she was a married woman. Fans, however, assume Amy Halterman and her husband Michael haven’t said anything because TLC has them on lockdown for a new season. Fans anticipate their divorce to be a highlight of the new season.
Caleb Willingham has also been stirring the pot with a lot of cryptic posts via his Facebook profile. While his Facebook is private, he has accepted tons of 1000-Lb. Sisters fans as friends who have been steadily leaking his posts all over social media. Most fans agree his somber social media activity doesn’t exactly scream a happily married man.
Turns out, an insider recently leaked some juicy information to The Sun including confirmation that Tammy and Caleb are NOT together anymore. Moreover, the insider tells The Sun the real reason this couple didn’t work.

An insider tells The Sun that Tammy Slaton and Caleb Willingham are definitely over. Turns out, Tammy has a legal team all ready to go so she can file for divorce and move on with her life. The insider proceeds to insist that Caleb has no one but himself to blame for losing Tammy as he refused to get with the program. The insider alleges that Caleb Willingham has gained weight and refused to properly work on his weight loss program.
Unfortunately, Tammy and Caleb got into a huge fight regarding his lack of progress. In response to the fight, Caleb told Tammy he thought they should get a divorce. The insider claims Caleb later tried to change his mind and tell her he didn’t really want a divorce, but the damage was done. And, Tammy Slaton wants OUT.
The insider adds that Caleb is trying to save his marriage, but Amy and Amanda both think Tammy needs to move on.
