‘American Idol’ Fans FURIOUS, Want Luke Bryan Replaced

American Idol fans are furious and fired up. They want Luke Bryan replaced. The country singer got swift backlash on social media. He only asked an innocent question. Keep on reading to see what happened to incite such hate.
Asks about the Top 12 of American Idol
Earlier this week, Luke Bryan posted a series of photos from the set of American Idol. In the first shot, he waved his hand to the crowd behind him. He had a big smile on his face as he looked back at the camera. Luke wore an olive green button-down shirt over a black T-shirt. In the next slide, he looked directly into the camera and flashed his white smile.

However, fans were furious. They stormed the comment section to share their true feelings about American Idol Season 21. Some of them are tired of the judges. For much of the season, most of the backlash has been about Katy Perry.
Now, it looks like Luke Bryan is getting some hate as well. Fans won’t forget the way the judges treated Nutsa this season. She’s had a complicated relationship with the judges. Others called out the “racism” on the show, while some called this week’s save the “worst save in American Idol history.”

Fans want Luke Bryan GONE
Most of the fans didn’t agree with Luke Bryan about his judges’ pick. They were upset over the save this past week. They placed the blame on the singer. Some think he should be replaced by Harry Connick Jr.
They would love to see the artist make a comeback to the show. Harry used to judge the previous episodes of American Idol. Some of the fans called him one of the best judges on the show. They would like to see a shakeup with the panel since they’re getting tired of the same three judges.
- “Always loved Harry! I would rewatch Idol if he came back on.”
- “This should be Luke’s last season! He’s so boring! Then Harry should fill in that role!”
- “Loved Harry when he was the judge! You’re right! He is the best judge of all time!”
However, most fans were enchanted by Luke Bryan’s smile. They commented on his stunning and handsome shots. Other fans appreciated the photo from the AI stage. While most fans were furious, it doesn’t look like all of them want him to leave the show.

I see nothing wrong with the judges… they’re great and I hated Harry ugh 😫 and you’re right about the save could have gotten a better singer..
Keep the three best judges ever. Luke is great and so are Katy and Lionel. I didn’t agree with the Nutsa save either but that’s the way it goes. There were so many great performances. You’re never going to make everyone happy.
I have watched American Idol faithfully from the beginning. I really dislike the Judge’s Picks this season. In my opinion, Hands Down, Full Stop…Olivia should have been chosen as one of the Top 12. Her powerful and soaring vocal ability was heads and shoulders above most in the Top 12. I am not here to put any contestant down. I wholeheartedly believe that Olivia is a better vocalist than most and should have received the Judges’ vote!
Luke is doing fine! stop blaming him for things you don’t agree with. the judges are entitled to their choice, just like the audience chooses their choice. I am not always in agreement with the audience votes either! Love Harry connick but he is not needed.
I agree with everyone – Nutsa should not have been saved. She’s not as good as the people that were eliminated. It was a horrible decision by Katy & Luke

I can’t understand a problem with Luke Bryan!! He’s as sweet & professional as he can be!! I don’t see/hear any racism going on. I love Harry also, but see no reason to fire Luke!! Please don’t bow to the few that make mountains out of any very small mole hills!!

These are the three best judges AI has ever had! I don’t understand what this backlash is about. Lionel, Katy, and Luke are kind, compassionate, fair and very entertaining as the judges on this show. I didn’t agree with them saving Nutsa either, she is a bit much and there were better choices than her. But there is nothing at all racist about their judging and they are not at all boring! Their kindness, sense of humor, and great rapport with each other are exactly what makes me absolutely love this show season after season! Please don’t replace Luke or any of these judges! That would be a huge mistake…

I hope you don’t get rid of Luke our the other two judges you would make a great mistake but I do know that sometimes they don’t pick the wright person but there doing what they think is wright and sometimes the one’s they pick are not as good as they think they are so don’t get rid of Luke let’s think about it first

Leave the judges the way they are Luke , Katie,and Lionel are excellent at what they do and did you ever think they may see something we don’t . This season was tuff because there was a lot of great singer who didn’t deserve to go home but you can’t save them all
Ok… I’m sorry but I’m at a loss as too what’s going on, I haven’t been able to watch for awhile so what did Luke Bryan say or do that people want him off the show and who the heck is Nutsa⁉️
The judges are great. They try to be compassionate with comments. If you are trying to be the best you will be able to take constructive criticism. My son didn’t make it because some the remarks were harsh and rude.He went through a mental breakdown. He is better now with counseling and medication. Thank God.

I loved Michael and Kareah? Not sure how she spelled it. She was from Algonquin Illinois. I really wanted them to get a second chance in the top 12. I can’t believe who the judges pick to stay. I have picked the winner every year, but idk about this year.
I love all three judges even though this week I thought their save was completely wrong. They left behind so many talented people, and chose nutsaand Lucy love 2 terrible choices. I hope they will be voted off once again by the public and stay voted off.
Judges give no constructive critique. Bring in a new batch of judges with experience that aren’t so fake and are not afraid of calling out bad singing. To much fluff not much substance. Song choices are mostly horrible and every singer isn’t just awesome. A lot have little talent but are quirky so the average at best gets through. The Voice is better at keeping true talent but this show went down the tubes.
I love the Judges very much, want all 3 to stay. But however I do agree that the 2 the judges picked should have went home. Bad choice for sure.
People always have to complain about something, like they know better, these judges are on top of it and sometimes people just don’t understand there choices, the worst part is some knucklehaed has to pull the racist card, I’m so tired of that like there any better, if the ones complaining was as good as the judges they should be up there.
