Sean Lowe Details Terrifying Armed Robbery Attempt With Son
Former Bachelor Sean Lowe is a franchise icon. He and his wife Catherine Giudici Lowe are fan favorites who are also one of the franchise’s most successful couples. They share their lives with fans and normally Sean is full of jokes and sarcasm. However, he recently had an experience that is anything but funny. In fact, it was terrifying and his oldest son Samuel was with him. Sean was the victim of an attempted arm robbery. What happened?
Sean Lowe details frightening experience
Sean Lowe’s terrifying experience he recently endured with his son Samuel was shared on Instagram The incident happened when he and Samuel were at a local Dallas mall a few months ago. Sean said he was still inside a store checking out when a woman ran in saying someone was trying to steal a truck.
Sean ran out quickly to find it was his truck these four men were attempting to steal. He said, “I told Samuel to stay inside, I went outside and found 4 guys in ski masks attempting to steal my truck. Long story short, they didn’t get caught, a witness saw them holding gun out of the window of their getaway car.”
Sean went on to say, “I’ve thanked God 1000x for not allowing Samuel and I to walk up on them unknowingly.” Things definitely could have gone bad if they had walked out of the store together and caught the robbers off guard.
Apparently, fans also pointed out that this isn’t the first time that robbers have attempted to steal his truck. Sean said it was because he was not smart and bought an obnoxiously loud and fast truck that criminals love. He also shared that it wasn’t going to happen again and he would be selling the truck soon.
His family
Sean’s family means the world to him. He and Catherine met and fell in love on The Bachelor. They now have three beautiful children together. Two sons and a daughter.
They continue to be a big part of Bachelor Nation and appear often on specials to offer support to new cast members and to also give life updates. In this past season of The Bachelor, Sean made several appearances to help out Zach Shallcross. As usual, he was able to bring some humor to his short time on the show.
