’7 Little Johnstons’: TLC Goes Too Far, Raunchy Shower Scene
The 7 Little Johnstons are back and fans were so happy to see what would happen next this season. The family has made a lot of changes since the last time we saw them. The Johnston children are growing up and finding love, Amber and Trent Johnston are working on their health, and the family will take a trip to Finland. So far, the show has captured some of their best moments, but in the most recent episode, one scene had viewers cringing.
The Big Changes
As soon as Season 13 began, viewers had a lot of questions about the Johsntons’ lives since we saw them last. One of the biggest questions was how Elizabeth Johnston was doing. Fans have noticed that her boyfriend, Brice is no longer anywhere on her Instagram account. This led fans to believe that they may have split up. There have definitely been hints on the show that they are growing apart. Viewers will get a chance to see what happens between the two of them.
Another storyline this season is all about Alex Johnston and his love life. He is now in high school and is attending dances. He now has a girlfriend who lives in Ohio, but she attended the dance with him! Fans have shown Alex a lot of encouragement with his new relationship and they hope it continues to grow.
Lastly, Trent and Amber Johnston have been trying to get their health back on track. Not only this, but they want to spice up their sex life. In the most recent episode of the show, TLC went pretty far when they shot a scene of them in the shower together! Of course, this scene wasn’t at all what fans expected to see and now they are in an uproar!
Fans React To 7 Little Johnstons
As soon as fans saw the scene with Amber and Trent Johnston in their new bathroom, they started to cringe. The comments came flying in all over Reddit too. The post began with one of the fans talking about how unnecessary this whole scene was. Of course, their bodies were blurred out, but it didn’t leave much to the imagination.
One Redditor wrote, “I don’t want to see anyone doing this stuff, not little people, not big people, no one. I don’t want overly sexual content in my reality shows, I find it lame and cringey on every level. I can’t imagine the crap the kids get from people in school or IRL about scenes like that.”
A final fan added, “This makes me wonder if this is the reason Brice religious family disapproved of his and Liz’s relationship; Amber and Trent are too thirsty for attention.”
