Scheana Shay Admits Her Regrets About Katie Maloney

Scheana Shay is admitting the regrets that she has about her friendship with Katie Maloney. As Vanderpump Rules fans are aware, the two are butting heads this season. There is a lot to unpack as to why they stopped getting along. However, on the Wednesday episode of WWHL, Scheana shared her regrets about Katie and how they are moving ahead.

This season of Vanderpump Rules has been tough for Scheana Shay and Katie Maloney’s friendship. They have always had an up-and-down relationship. Though Scheana was a bridesmaid in Katie’s Season 5 wedding to Tom Schwartz, by Season 6, they were no longer friends at all. Then, they were able to co-exist and now, things have gone downhill. After Katie and Tom separated, Scheana encouraged him to hook up with Raquel Leviss. Yet, the one agreement that Tom and Katie had made was that they would keep relationships out of the friend group.

Katie felt so betrayed by Scheana Shay manipulating this romance that it was decided that she was not going to attend Shay’s Mexico wedding. However, she had reserved her non-refundable room when they were on good terms so she was going to make a vacation out of it. Scheana was not a fan of this and tried to keep Katie as far away from her as possible. Then, Schwartz and Raquel kissed at the wedding which ripped Katie apart.

Now, Scheana Shay is speaking up about how she would have done things differently. After seeing the footage of how broken Katie was over Tom Schwartz and Raquel, she has some regrets. She wishes that they had just talked things out rather than let it escalate as far as it did. It was them together. Scheana is Ariana Madix’s best friend while Katie Maloney is her business partner in Something About Her. Therefore, they found a common ground and recently attended EMO Nite where the three girls were DJs.

Where Do They Currently Stand?

It seems that Scheana Shay and Katie Maloney are back to being okay friends now. Yes, Scheana regrets all of the drawn-out drama, probably more in light of the Tom Sandoval/Raquel Leviss affair. Yet, in the end, the two Vanderpump OG’s have reconciled and Scheana admitted that fans will see the entire conversation go down on the reunion. Keep in mind, the reunion is going to be different as Scheana and Raquel could not film together due to a TRO. Luckily, that has been dropped and fans only have to wait a little longer for the epic finale and reunion.
