K-Pop Band ASTRO’s Singer Moonbin Found Dead At 25

Has His Cause Of Death Been Made Public?

At this time, Moonbin’s cause of death has not been revealed or confirmed. But, there have been some details released surrounding his death. Per TMZ, the South Korean police found the singer dead inside his apartment. Concern for the singer’s whereabouts and well-being surfaced when he failed to show up to a recent rehearsal.

Moonbin Has Been Entertaining Since Childhood

The ASTRO singer has accumulated a large fan base because he’s been in the entertainment industry since he was a child. Back in 2004 (when he was still a child), he kicked off his entertainment career as a model. He shifted into acting and snagged his first role in a K-Drama in 2009. The K-Drama was called Boys Over Flowers. 

It was in 2016 that he made his debut as a member of the K-Pop boy band ASTRO. He performed with six other members including MJ, Jinjin, Rocky, Cha Eun-woo, and Yoon San-ha. Some of the hits this boy band went on to create included “Baby” and “Candy Sugar Pop.”

As fans recall, ASTRO was already hit with a loss in February of this year when Rocky walked away from the group.

Unsurprisingly, fans of this K-Pop boy band are devestating to learn Moonbin has been found dead at the age of 25. Tributes from fans and other K-Pop stars have been flooding onto social media the past few years as everyone mourns this sad death.
